Residence Rates

The following fees are in place for 2026/2027. Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Seneca Polytechnic. Residence fees include utilities, access to the Internet and a furnished suite. Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program.

Residence rates are only for the term(s) shown. Future rates are subject to review and change.

Cancellation & Withdrawals
