Guaranteed Residence Terms and Conditions
Seneca Residence guarantees* acceptance to students enrolled in the May 2025 Term for a secured spot at King and Newnham Campuses. Students enrolled in the September 2025 Term can secure a spot at Newnham Campus only.
Students from all Seneca campuses are welcome to apply under the following terms and conditions:
- Applicants must be enrolled as full-time Seneca Polytechnic students for the May or September 2025 Term.
- Applicants must meet all deadlines for the Residence application, Student Residence Agreement, and residence fee schedule.
*Students are guaranteed a spot as long as spaces are available.

King Campus provides residence for students of Seneca King Campus only.

Newnham Campus
Newnham Campus provides residence for all Seneca Polytechnic students; Newnham, Seneca@York, and King.
